Booking & Cancellation
Appointment Bookings
We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist. Appointments can be booked online through our booking system, by phone, or in person.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice will be subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
Arrival & Treatment
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your treatment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to maintain the schedule for other clients. Full payment for the scheduled service will still apply.
Treatment Comfort
Your comfort is important to us. Please communicate with your therapist about pressure, areas of focus, and any discomfort during your treatment. Our therapists are trained to maintain appropriate draping to ensure your privacy and comfort.
Health & Safety
Health Information
Please provide accurate health information and inform us of any changes to your health status. This ensures your treatment is safe and effective.
Illness Policy
For the health and safety of our staff and other clients, please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of contagious illness. We will waive cancellation fees for illness-related cancellations.
Hygiene
We maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitization. We ask that clients arrive for their appointments with proper hygiene.
Payment & Insurance
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, and cash.
Insurance Claims
We provide receipts suitable for submission to insurance providers. Direct billing is available for select insurance companies. It is the client's responsibility to verify coverage with their insurance provider.
Pricing Changes
Service prices may change periodically. We will provide advanced notice of any price changes through our website and in-clinic notices.
Privacy Policy
Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential and secure in accordance with provincial health privacy regulations. Your personal and health information will not be shared without your written consent except as required by law.
